Methodology
We ran 20 Google searches combining your 5 core services with 4 location variants (Sunnyvale, San Jose, South Bay, Silicon Valley). For each search, we captured the Google Map Pack (top 3 local results with live review data) and organic results (top 10 ranked pages). Competitors were scored by how many searches they appeared in. A company appearing in 15 of 20 searches is a true market leader. One appearing once is a niche player.
